  1. Look at my Ranger parked next to stuff

Came out from lunch and this was next to us. Best part dude made a custom wood bed cover that hides generator and home window ac that blows into back window, that was still running while he was shoppin.
  2. DECKED System. Higher Tie Downs?

Ours are holding up well and they are the only tie downs we use. Granted we are generally only Home DIY with a couple of rental renovations and light hauls, some furniture maybe here and there. I never felt like I over ratcheted for the hooks, more so too tight for whatever we were holding down.
  3. Grill letters

A few of us on this thread use the Limitlessparts on amazon. Ours still looks good and have not come off. We generally hand wash only though. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07WWF7NPN/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
  4. Sound Deadening

I found it was loose cabling vibrating against frame and door panel in ours. I was able to stop our vibration by using sticky foam insulation tape where I found the trouble spot to be, right on my hip. level. Dealer did nothing. I was able to put some foam strips in between cable and door...
  5. Grill letters

We got the red on the HPR. The color difference is probably greater than your red and you can't really tell (pics in this thread). We got the red orange dash letters and it is more orange than red but still not a deal breaker. I think you would be happier with the red.
  6. Opinions on these door sills

anyone have this? Is it worth the money? https://www.bushwacker.com/Truck-Trail-Armor-Rocker-Panel/2019/ford/ranger their
  7. Pistol holster mount

I got my Universal mount for the Vaultek Slider Safe. Here it is in my wife's Ranger and in my Civic. Works ok in both. Not sure I would have chosen if I didn't have the Vaultek Slider Vault, but I decided to use what I got. A lot more space in Ranger but will kill passenger legroom in both. I...
  8. Putco Lower Grill Insert

Thanks to Hammer2525 for showing this was available. Also thanks to Gaffer's Garage on youtube for video on how to take the trim off. I'm learning. This forums has made me spend more money on wife's truck than my Civic SI...

  12. HOT PEPPER RED Ranger Club Thread

Thanks to bbutah in the Saber thread for linking, I ordered the orange truck for wife's bday . I think it looks more like HPR in full sun.
  13. Truck Box / Bed Box / Tool Box - Your suggestions please

Pics of our Decked. Expensive but extremely versatile.
  14. NEWB in Georgia

How did your Decked hold-up? We just got one and liking it so far. Worried about debris in the gaps though.
  15. Pistol holster mount

So I got the Vaultek Slider Safe for Father's Day. Anyone mount it in truck or use a safe instead of holster/open mount? Pros/Cons? It will really go in my Civic SI and not Wife's ranger, but the gun talk in Civic forum is way different than in here. Trying to figure out best options. Most...
  16. Wish this was an option on the Ranger

This and all the other new options too.
  17. Crowdsource/fund a backseat solution

Any one try something like this? https://www.amazon.com/FrontPet-Backseat-Pet-Bridge-Restraint/dp/B01F2GFKME/ref=sr_1_103?dchild=1&keywords=back+seat+shelf&qid=1593087686&sr=8-103
  18. REQUEST: Bull Ring Tie Downs

I tried a different rail mounted clamp tie. The biggest issue is that the bed rail is not that substantial in terms of bending. The plastic is also soft and will deform from clamping. Any good amount of ratcheting could bend the top rail and leave impressions in the plastic cap. Also my bed rail...
  19. NEWB in Georgia

Do you have pic of old decked system with slider?
  20. DEFEATED

I had difficulty lining up some evenly and have small wrinkles. I used plenty on soapy water with a flathead wrapped in paper towel to push around. The front and tailgate letters I got were solid and not vinyl. Think I am glad I did.
