You have do it while the GPS is actually talkingThanks…I did try turning the radio volume up (using the knob)…it only increased the radio volume, not the GPS volume…seem to remember the GPS volume used to be higher.
Cool, I didn't know that. But I should really read the manual one day too. You’ll see the volume indicator say “Prompt Volume” if you catch it while it’s talking.
You might also be able to plug your phone in and use Google Maps to adjust it. It has a dedicated mode to adjust the prompt volume in the settings. It’ll keep playing audio to that channel and you can adjust the volume as you like.
Yeah Mr Dumas, that’s how it works… it took me awhile to figure it out too ? ?Cool, I didn't know that. But I should really read the manual one day too.?
On my Lariat, I can hit the OK button (right side I think) which makes the built-in Nav repeat the last spoken guidance. Then I can adjust it while it’s talking. Not sure if you can make it repeat via the touchscreen. Thanks…will try soon!
Manuals? Men without dampers don't read manuals.??Cool, I didn't know that. But I should really read the manual one day too.?
