On the positive side, I guess this means that LED lights can be installed as a drop in without issue if someone with the base lights wants to upgrade?

Let me get this straight. A Ford dealer is doing an inspection on a Ford product and finds a goofy mistake like this and decides to make a viral tik tok video of it? What does he stand to gain from this? An idiot was exposed here and it’s not the guy on the line.

I checked out the guys tik tok channel. All of his videos are criticizing problems with ecoboost engines. He most feel pretty comfortable about his job security to talk so much trash.

Back in the day, I got a crown vic patrol car that had a mercury steering wheel and logo on the trunk. Our garage left the wheel but did replace the trunk emblem with a Ford one.

He said he noticed the lights while doing a dealer prep and also filming his tiktok video. I wonder if he saw the light issue and filmed his video while he forgot to check for proper tire pressure and to make sure the wiper fluid wasn't empty.

It happens. I did a PDI on a Benz C class with leather and it had one passenger seat with cloth. That model never even had cloth seats in the USA at the time either. Had to send corp. pictures to prove it.
