Livernois MyCalibrator Tuner. You'll need to have Livernois transfer the device to your vin which I think they were charging $300 for last I checked. Traded my Ranger in for an F150, and Livernois doesn't offer a tune for it yet. ? $100 plus shipping, or local pickup in the Detroit area.

They do have you send in a measurement when you order one. However, there should be minimal variation between stock vehicles. This one was on my bone stock 2019 Lariat FX4. If you've got a lift kit, then yes, it's probably going to be the wrong length.

Well, the drum part number JR3Z-7H351-B referenced in the TSB is only $142 and looks to be available aside from the part system issues going on now. Looks like Suncoast offers them too, but is charging $500 a piece. :shock:

It comes as an assembly with a sensor of sorts attached. I'm not seeing the sensor available separately, so I'm getting the tube to be able to test swapping both. If it is the tube itself, then yes, cleaning should be effective.

Local yards are selling low mileage engines for $1350 around here. I'd probably opt for one of those first over any off the shelf part.

Well, I've got both the EGR tube and the pressure sensor that goes into the tube on order. I'll swap the sensor first and see if that stabilizes it. If not, then there has to be some physical issues in the tube itself.

Interesting. Since mine are still unstable after replacing the sensor, that would seem to suggest maybe something else isn't right. Would be really helpful if we could figure out what all goes into the calculated value for pressure. It's more than just the voltage output of the sensor since...

I've only ever replaced just the sensor, so I can't speak to the connections at the bottom. But for the connections to the sensor itself, I did not reuse the OEM clamps. I replaced with a pair of mini worm drive clamps which makes it easy to swap out whenever needed.
