General Motors has started shipping out large swaths of trucks stored at the Kokomo plant’s parking lot as more semiconductor chips have become available to finish the vehicles...

Looks like most manufacturers have large lots with vehicles just sitting waiting for chips. Glad to see some are getting installed and delivered. There's a couple large chip plants opening up here in AZ next year (and IIRC a few on the east coast) but it's still going to be a few years before this mess is fixed.

The question is will that plant make the older style that the automakers need or will it make the much higher demand and more profitable modern chips that everyone needs. Fingers crossed.
