Hoping to poll the audience to assist in identifying a broken cap on the top of my Fuse and Relay Center Junction Panel Box. I have scoured Ford Parts and investigated every diagram I can get my hands on and still have been unable to identify this broken cap.

It's been snowy recently here in Utah and I had to make a long trip in heavily salted roads. As part of cleaning up afterward, I opened my engine bay and was about to begin an engine wash when I noticed this broken cap. Knowing its location, I am not keen on leaving this exposed. I had my truck serviced 3 weeks back and I wonder if the cap was broken at that time, but I honestly do not know. As a part, I can only find these caps as attached to the entire wiring system for the engine and transmission but not elsewhere:

Does anyone have insight into what this cover/component may be called? I'm hoping I don't have to be creative to find a solution to covering this on my own.

Benny (@LevittownFordParts.com ) might be able to help but if the firewall grommet is part of the wiring harness, I bet that clip is too.

That is Connector #(C1035B), the connector is part of Wire Harness # 14290.
The cover can be replaced separately however some digging into google and using a connector guide may pinpoint an actual part number for the connector housing.
As Ford does not list a separate part number for this connector.

For Ref: It is a 57 Cavity Connector

It may be best to hit a salvage yard to find one, but it definitely needs to be fixed or BJB can be damaged (water intrusion) or Ebay may be a solution and just swap the connector housing over.

In all seriousness, FlexTape up a pseudo-cover until you can find and install the correct part.

Amazing--thank you for the thorough response!
