This is covered in the door panel removal video but just a reminder.

When removing the door latch mechanism do not pry on the housing as the clip is very small and would be easy to break. If you look just below where the cable enters the housing you will see a press in retainer clip. Just push in with a small flat head and the housing will pop up on its own with no need to pry.

While the video doesn't cover rear door panel removal its essentially the same, with the only difference being the arm rest cover being two pieces, where the top piece is removable. Start at the bottom and work your way up. At the very top there is a round plastic insert (non clipping). If you gently lift the cover upwards it will pop right out of its housing.

If your vehicle was like mine there will be an extra electrical connection to remove for each door. My vehicle had a capped off two wire connection attached to the door panels. Most likely for a security system vibration sensors.

Did you dynamat the doors or install aftermarket speakers (or both)?
I think the dynamat is going to be necessary this spring but didn't know if while things were apart to replace the B&O speakers.

I put a roughly 8x8 piece behind the speakers. I never found the doors to really need any sound deadening. There is foam between the door panel and the door attached to the door with insulation on the door panel.

I upgraded the stock speakers with Focal IS Ford 165's.

Around the 17:30 mark, they show where they applied some sound deadening material :like:
