I had a Bronco 2 with Locking rear and LS front also.
Almost could not stop the thing...
My ranger is much like the Bronco except where the Bronco is mechanical ,,
The ranger is computer controled.
With the locking rear and computer traction system, I see no need for the older system....

I will agree that if you already have a locker with the terrain management the ranger is set for the most part.
