Did you change the name of the shortcuts so the word car is not in it as described in the original post?
Yes I changed them all to “Truck” instead

I may have misread, but I thought someone said that solved their issues

I deleted and reinstalled all the shortcuts on my phone. After a Apple update for phone and watch none of them worked on phone or watch so I then updated the FordPass token and now they all work on my phone but not my watch. I changed them to ranger instead of car in the beginning and that works ok too.. I just need help with the watch

I installed the new token yesterday and it seemed to work. Today I kept getting the "command failed" message. I might delete all the shortcut and start from scratch.
Please let us know the results. Are you using a watch also?

I cannot get it to work at all. I’ve followed all the instructions, updated to the new get FordPass token, made sure my username password and VIN all are correct.
No matter what I do, it doesn’t work for me
When you say, "It doesn't work" what does that mean? How does it fail? Do they execute but don't do anything? Does Siri give a response back? You need to be a little more specific and I can try and help you out. :)

Does the real Fordpass app work for you? If not, then the Siri Shortcuts are unlikely to work.

Assuming the app works and to get started troubleshooting the shortcuts, I would try running the following shortcuts indivividually in the order listed to see if any of them fail on their own:
Fordpass Settings
Get Fordpass Token (new)
Get Vehicle Status

If all of these work, then move on to the different functions.

EDIT: plus what port43 said…..

They try to execute but Siri says they fail. “Lock command fail”

running the FordPass settings, get FordPass token, and vehicle status shortcuts they appear to work, but running any actual functions does not.

The FordPass app does work, and when I run the FordPass settings, get FordPass token, get vehicle status those seem to run fine. Once I move on to an actual function Siri says they fail

Ok. Just confirming you are running the new token shortcut (had to ask).

Next, try running one of the functions that fail from within the shortcut itself and see if you can tell what step fails.

Alrighty, lets go in order.
  1. Open up "FordPass Settings" as if you were going to edit it by using the three little dots on the shortcut
  2. Down in the bottom right corner there is a "Play" arrow
  3. Push play
  4. Scroll to the bottom of that shortcut
Is there a text window formatted with your information in it?

Okay. Do the same with "Get FordPass Token". Is there a text window at the end of that?

Cool, we're getting there. It is failing in the "Get FordPass Token" shortcut.
Does it say "14 actions" on the "Get FordPass Token" shortcut?
Open the "Get FordPass Token" shortcut. Are there two (2) "Get contents of" with an https URL following them? Those little lines between each step MUST look like this:

Mine has 14 actions and looks the same, when I run it the shortcut doesn’t say it fails.

Edit: the is my vehicle running command is the only one that runs successfully

No, it wouldn't say it fails but after running it it should show a text box at the end of the shortcut with a token in it.

If you click the little ">" in the circle next to the first URL it should be a "POST" method with a "Form" request body and it should list client id, username, etc. under the "Form" section.

The SECOND URL should be a "PUT" method with a "JSON" request body.
