Ford pass stopped showing vehicle image

So mine actually wasn't showin up, thought it just took a while.
App version 3.9.0
But I went in and closed all background processes, wiped cache for FordPass app in settings, then powered off phone and wiped phone cache partition, then rebooted and its showing now.
Don't know how long that will last, doesn't bother me though.

I deleted the Cache and the Data and then the entire app. I restarted the phone and reloaded the app. All is back to normal now.

I gave up on the fordpass it doesn't work half the time and showed my truck as a escape lol and now it drains the battery on iOS14 with background processes , deleted everything did a master rest on sync then went in sync and disabled all the remote control stuff

I've had updates introduce bugs on a few occasions before. Uninstalling then reinstalling the app has always fixed it.

Usually that's a good solution but I tried that and it didn't work.

However I did manage to fix this by running the full gamut:
Force stop
Clear data (also clears cache)
Uninstall
Reboot
Reinstall

I tried each of those separately before but it didn't work until I performed the whole sequence.

Ford pass is the only app I've ever had to do that on to get it to work properly. Maybe I'll notice some other things in the app work better as well.

I have an android phone and just checked and my truck is showing up just fine.

On iPhone, my picture isn't missing from FordPass app but I will say its pretty buggy software all around. It will randomly crash when I open it, sometimes the remote start just doesn't work...

Deleted and reinstalled app, fixed issue with image not showing and notification for Owner's manual callout was gone finally

Mine stopped showing the tire pressure. Deleted the app, reinstalled it-----all is fine. It appears that there is a problem in the updates. Thus reinstalling the app seems to cure the problem.

I have given up on Ford Pass completely. It has slowly gotten worse over time and now it will not even load. I just quit using it because I never really had a reason to. When we bought the wife a new 2020 Escape they wanted to set up the Ford Pass and I said no thanks.

Good news! looks like they might have fixed it as I can now see my truck image. Only minor drawback is the app keeps saying it's not responding so remote start doesn't work, but hey, I can see my truck now so it's all good.

I know this is an older thread but it looks like the problem is still persisting. I have 2 vehicles in my account - one is fine but the Ranger is not showing the image. I've opened a ticket with Ford support and they ran me thru the ringer of removing/adding again, uninstall & reinstall of the app, nothing seems to address the issue which seems to be a Ford backend issue.

Anyone have any detail on this?
