Ford pass stopped showing vehicle image

I don't check the app very often lately but sometime this month it updated and my vehicle picture does not show up anymore, just shows the mountain landscape background. Remote start and lock buttons are there. I cleared app data but that didn't fix it. Anyone else experiencing this?

Just checked mine. I have an iPhone and am on App version 3.9.0 and I have my vehicle picture for both the vehicles i have in FordPass. Maybe an Android issue?

My truck shows up but my wife’s 2017 Escape does not. Just the words and the pics of the mountains. It’s ok, my truck looks better anyway.

No but I did check out in the driveway just to make sure it was still there. It was.

Mine takes awhile to pop up sometimes. No biggie for me if it wasn't there, I know what my truck looks like.

Android phone and I have mountains. I'll bet that the MI high school computer class (that operates Ford Pass) is playing around again. ?

So mine actually wasn't showin up, thought it just took a while.
App version 3.9.0
But I went in and closed all background processes, wiped cache for FordPass app in settings, then powered off phone and wiped phone cache partition, then rebooted and its showing now.
Don't know how long that will last, doesn't bother me though.
