Ford goes color blind

Saw a saber ranger on a cloudy day it looked very dark and blah .. Next visit on a sunny day the metallic was unreal and eye popping ; so instead of blue I ordered my saber ranger . Never been sorry . I also agree see the colors in person in sunlight .

Yes! This evening I was unloading groceries (yes, it's a grocery getter) from my Ranger and noticed how beautiful the Saber color was at dusk. Looked goldish brown. It does look so different in varying shades of light. I really love this color!
On another note, I get to see the Lightning Blue Ranger from the other parking lot almost every day. That too is such a beautiful color in person.
I could go on & on about all the colors. I've not seen one ugly one yet!

Ford needs some good greens.

Had I been able to find one there'd be a Bullitt Mustang in my garage where the Ranger sits on color alone.

Had the Bronco been offered in a good green, not a Skittles color, I wouldn't have jumped ship for a Ranger.

Also Ford's lack of good color options has forced me to go with White Platinum on my last 2 new Fords. I know it's boring, but white ages better than any other color, if I can't get a good green then might as well be practical.

It's not offered on the Ranger but have you seen Ford's "Persian Green"? Not sure how it would look on a Ranger but it's a really pretty color but hard to find a good picture of it

I have not. That's not what I was thinking of, but I think it'd look pretty good with magnetic on a sport packaged Ranger.

My last two vehicles, a '95 Ranger and a '02 Silverado, were both white. I felt I was due for a change, so I went with HPR.

It's ba-aack... sort of. Leadfoot, available on the 2021 F-Series is a non-metallic type of grey that looks like waste paint. If you've ever seen a vat or 55gal. drum full of left over paint tailing in dozens of colors, they blend into a grey about this color.
