I had a nice long talk with Gemini and it suggested I put it at 2368mm, so that’s what I did. Seems to have gotten it pretty darn close. Google Maps speedometer will hit 70mph a split second before my truck says 70, figured it’s good enough.

I took Google's number and changed it, then drove 10 miles to see how close the odometer was. Brought the laptop and made an adjustment and headed back. It is really, really close now. The factories set the speedometer a bit fast as they have been sued for having it read slow. Traffic tickets and lawyers and all.

A person could aim to avoid going more than 10mph over the speed limit to avoid a ticket. Not that I ever exceed the speed limit. ( : o

True but you do have to factor in the lawyers. The reason there is a tag on hair dryers telling you not to use it in the shower.
