Hi everyone, I’m looking to purchase some fender flares to help cut down on the amount of mud and debris my tires are flinging on the sides of my truck. I’ve got 285/75/16s in 0 offset wheels. I like the style of the smooth (no bolts) style fender flares, but my only problem is I can’t find any brands that sell the smooth style flares that come with a bumper extension, besides the nearly $700 RTR flares. I was wondering if anyone has an alternative smooth style (not the bolt up kind) brand they can recommend? Or if any 3rd party sells just the extensions. Thanks for any help!

FYI this is what I’m talking about.

I've been looking around for this for quite some time, and RTR or AirDesigns are the only ones that I see that offer the full package like you're looking for.

I happen to have a set of those flares (if @Glocker would come get them out of my garage) as well as a set of RTR extensions. RTR does not sell them by themselves, I just happened upon on a set from a previous RTR flare owner.

Sadly the lines do not match up and would require some fabrication to either or to get it to resemble anything decent looking. Never got around to trying to get the two to work together as other projects took priority.

Realistically you would need someone good with fiberglass to add more "height" to the RTR extensions as they are about 1" less than the extendo flares.

Would you happen to still have the two extension pieces for the front bumper? I just put on a set of the Lund OE Textured Sport flares this weekend and have been looking for something to go on the bumper, because I think the front looks unfinished without the extensions. I noticed the ones you’re holding up in the picture are smaller than the flares you have on your truck…but could possibly be the perfect fit for mine. Anyway, I just wanted to ask if you possibly still had them. Thank you for your time.

I have the Air Designs Super Bolt flares, and I didn't install the bumper extensions. They are still in original packaging, brand new. I don't need $ for them but I'm not paying for shipping, so probably about $40-50 USD to ship to USA. Or free pick up in Southern Ontario.
I just looked those up and the design is considerably different from what I’m running. I’m looking for something a little more like this:

But I do appreciate the heads up. Hell, even what I’m looking for might not work…I might just have to live with it, which I will because I really like the way the new flares look.

Yep…but those are a little beefier than what I was looking for.

I have a similar fitment problem. The flares are a little wider than my bumper, but it's really only noticeable from a lower viewing angle. I may weld some extensions on the bumper to bring it out a little when I remove it to de-rust and re-paint, but may not. I really don't mind it as is.
