  1. Transmission needs replaced

What Ford number do you call ? The warranty type part of it or where ? They have a bunch of different numbers listed for different things. Any help would be appreciated!!
  2. Transmission needs replaced

Hey guys, My Ranger has been shifting rough the past few weeks so I took it to the dealer today, who said the CDF drum has failed and will be $5600 to replace that or $7,800 for a new transmission. It’s a 2019 with 59,000 miles…. So I miss the warranty by one year. Any advice on what to do ...
  3. Low transmission fluid

Hey guys, My 2019 Ranger currently has 59,000 miles on it and has been having some weird shifting issues between 1-3 gear and then occasionally 6-7th gear, for a couple months now. I changed the EGR DPFE sensor but that didn’t help any. I had checked the transmission fluid last week and it was...
  4. How do I check my Tranmission Fluid Temp?

Ya I was curious about buying those as well as a PPE pan but like I was saying, I will most likely be selling the truck if the fluid/filter change fixes the shifting quirks. Not particularly happy with the trucks transmission and having to change the EGR/DPFE sensor three times since having the...
  5. How do I check my Tranmission Fluid Temp?

Would the PID be specific to my truck itself, or just to the year/model of my truck ? Some more guidance on this aspect of the setup would be appreciated! Also, would something like this be sufficient, coupled with the Torque Pro app ?? https://a.co/d/7wYU0mn
  6. How do I check my Tranmission Fluid Temp?

$15 sounds good to me! Considering selling the truck fairly soon so not particularly interested in the more expensive Scan Gauge setup. What is a PID ?
  7. How do I check my Tranmission Fluid Temp?

Hello, I plan to service my transmission tomorrow for the first time (60,000miles) and have all necessary parts (filter, fluid, pan gasket) but after reading the service guide and guides on here, I still am unsure about one thing. We are supposed to get the fluid up to 205 degrees in order to...
  8. EGR DPFE Sensor Assembly Replacement Write-Up (LB5Z-9J433-B)

Man, I can’t thank you enough. My truck was having some weird surging around 15-20MPH, with all the nightmares I’ve read on here about transmissions I was tempted to just sell it before it got worse. Im glad I saw your right up, it couldn’t of been any easier of an install and now the trucks...

Yes, sorry. The tag in the picture is wrong. The wheels are 18” and spare is a 17”. Thank you for pointing that out.

  11. California $400 OEM Wheels and Tires

Ya I work 12 hour shifts, so I only work 14 days out of the month, but during the work week I rent a room down in Long Beach for $600 a month so I’m not constantly commuting. I’d rather work somewhere closer than make that commute daily!
  12. California $400 OEM Wheels and Tires

2019 Lariat wheels, in great condition. -18,000 miles on wheels -5,000 miles on 265/60r/18 Hankook tires, less than a year old -includes full size spare with new matching Hankook tire -do NOT have TPMS sensors, I put them in my aftermarket wheels -$1,100 worth of tires Asking $400 OBO...
  13. California $600 Lariat Wheels and Tires

    Price drop to $500!
  14. California $600 Lariat Wheels and Tires

Yea, probably. @Conman50 sounded like he was looking to get TPMS sensors installed into them if he was interested, so I’d assume a tire shop would re-balance the tires after installing sensors. If removing/adding them does indeed throw off the balancing.
  15. California $600 Lariat Wheels and Tires

No just wanted a different look on the truck. I bought the truck used from a dealer with 17,000 miles, the dealer had installed brand new tires when they got it, so I drove around on them for the first 5,000 miles I had the truck while saving the money to get the new wheels, tires and lift. The...
  16. California $600 Lariat Wheels and Tires

I got some aftermarket wheels and had the TPMS sensors swapped over to my new wheels. There’s threads on the forum about getting new TPMS sensors, tire shops can do it but from the little bit I read on here it’s cheaper to order the sensors yourself.
  17. California $600 Lariat Wheels and Tires

  18. How I paint stuff for my truck

@Rinn69 hey I know this thread is older but I had a few questions if you could help me out, I’m looking to paint my front and rear emblems. I’m going to order some color matched spray paint and clear coat for R&E paint. What other products do you think I need ? Primer ? Sealer ? Adhesion...
