Do they sell plastic fender liners ? Why would Ford use these fabric fender liners.

Help reduce road noise, although ford did a poor job on the rangers considering only a quarter of the wheel well uses it.
You can use a bed liner spray on em if you want to take the time, makes it easier to wash em off.

I believe they are better at reducing noise. Also seem to hold up pretty well against rocks and such because they are not as brittle as plastic.

Mine have held up well. I'm at 15000 and 5000 or so have been off pavement. They spray off pretty easy with the preasure washer. I've hit them a few times with some simple green when washing it back up

They are on my 2012 grand cherokee I bought new. They are still like new. Nothing to worry about

When I saw these my first thought was "WTF?????????". Never saw this before.
They do seem to be holding up pretty well. Just hope my dog doesn't pee on them
