Many years ago I owned a Falcon hardtop sports coupe, every time I turned left in rainy weather my feet sometimes would get a cold drip. It was long out of warranty ( bought second hand) so I pulled out the cowl vent and the bottom of the dash.
Must have been a Friday car, someone forgot to put sealer on the last few inches of the spot welded seam in the bottom of the cowl on the RHS. So if you went round a left corner fast in heavy rain, obviously the water would pool there instead of running out the drain in the middle.

A bit of body sealer and quite a few words, - it was a bitch to get at, fixed it for good.
Thanks for the feedback and info. I’m sorry to hear about the assembly line job grrr. I got a Thursday truck so the guy probably drank the night before ? One of my buddies just got his falcon 64’. It’s way too cool of a car. 2 drive gears lol. I asked if he had any leaks and he said no!

Unfortunately not. I sold the ford for a Tacoma that has its own issues. I was reading that it could be the ac drain hidden in between the engine and fire wall. Or it could’ve been the windshield leak. The truck floor mats were Ruined and I was starting to notice other things about the truck that weren’t 50% to my approval.

I have the same leak in my 2019 ranger. D/s floor soaked. I watered down my whole truck and can't find the leak. I Don't think it's the AC because I see water dripping down when the AC is on. Anyone else have any recommendations for me to explore?

I will look at the lines today but it was quite a bit of watering the floorboard. But I will exhaust every possibility. Thanks for your input

So I found that it is my ac dripping into the floorboard. Coming down from behind the center hump on the driver's side. I drove for roughly 30 minutes with the AC on max and the floor was soaked. I pulled up the carpet tried it out Randy AC again and literally watched it run down the side of that hump. Are there any easy fixes that you know of besides dropping the tranny to get to the drain plug and adding an extension like I saw in a video?
