So I noticed that when I roll my windows down, the scrubbers do not push off the water at all. They are just as wet as when I rolled them down.

What makes me more concerned, is several days after a rain, I can roll down a perfectly dry window and it comes back up wet. Don’t really think moisture inside the door could be a good thing.

You should get that looked at. Those wipers are there not primarily to wipe the window, but to prevent water from going into the door. It's going to screw up your locks. power windows and speaker.

They are near the seam of the exterior skin and the inner door structure. Probably some plastic caps that are such that they allow water out are in the door openings.

Doors have always been designed to take water through them. Yes there are drains at the bottom, and a moisture barrier just behind the interior door panel (keeps water behind the barrier and out of interior and switches). Those seals could never prevent water from getting into (and traveling through) the door and are not designed to. Do not stress about this at all. Yes, keep the drains clear, but unless your truck gets trashed and filthy these holes take years to ever get clogged up.

I have the same problem after a shower.
I am completely dry, but my towel is still damp.

if I drape the towel over my shoulders while i drink my coffee on the back deck...i still feel wet.

What should I do???
Use the bird bath!

Never take showers!! Water can get past the gasket and get into your belly button and sphincter and cause tons of problems. If you do shower, drill holes in your feet and lower buttocks area to allow water to drain..

I can say that I have been checking it after rain events and I don’t think it will be a long term problem. The door scrubbers just don’t seem to push away as much water as previous vehicles.

Well they don't push any water anywhere really on any vehicle. They are just there for aesthetics and to keep significant sized debris out of the inside of the door.

This kind of misconception makes me think of sun/moon roofs. Folks think they actually seal water out. Far from it. There is always a rather complex 4 corner drain system in place with hoses that run all the way down, through the body, from each corner. When those hoses get clogged, she leaks.

GM vehicles are NOTORIOUS for getting clogged moonroof drain holes. Have spent many times doing interior detailing because of this  One reason I'm glad the Ranger does not offer the moonroof, otherwise I would have ordered one and spend the extra time in maintenance cleaning the drains, and cleaning/dressing up the gaskets on a regular basis.
