Even better, try Duke’s 404 - it’s 101 times better - you can’t argue with math.

Yeah, right, and every critter within a 36 mile radius will all converge on your Ranger to make sure you did a good job !!!!!How about peanut butter?youtube.com/watch?v=Ahum5cvLyXM

I guess we could run a test on KFC vs Bojangles vs Popeyes to see which one discolors the handles and how long it takes for discoloration to set in.......Thanks everyone for the good (and food-based...?) advice on products! Glad to see a consensus that it's just UV damage and not greasy fingers!

I had a set of black metal chairs we use by the fire pit. I left them sitting out in the AZ sun since the fall and they turned all gray. The 303 Protectant really is great stuff and it’s not just for vehicles. I have a couple of those Rubbermaid resin deck storage bins at the cottage that my FIL bought twenty years ago. They were a little dull, dirty, and oxidized. I pressure washed them and they were okay, but not great. I gave them a 303 treatment and they were like new.

I even gave my BBQ prep table a shot of it while I was at it - also like new! And with the microfibre cloth still wet, I went after the air fryer.

Someone stop me before I start on the vinyl siding. ?

That AZ sun is weapon-grade. Someone left a greasy BBQ spatula, burger, flipper thingy on the beautiful tan flagstone countertop on my outdoor kitchen when I had my place in the west valley. It left a dark grease spot the size of your hand. Man, I was pissed when I saw it in the spring and wasn’t sure how I would get it out when I returned in the fall.I had a set of black metal chairs we use by the fire pit. You know what else it's good for? Err...never mind.![]()
Yes sir, It has to be the worst sun/heat I've ever been in anywhere and it still amazes me that any plants can grow there. This is why I say that the 303 products are some of the best out there. Where else besides Death Valley can you test a product to work to its full potential? ?That AZ sun is weapon-grade. After a summer of AZ heat, the spot was completely gone! What the what? AZ sun evaporates animal fat?
Wear sunscreen!
Yes, because even totaled it shined like new!Yes sir, It has to be the worst sun/heat I've ever been in anywhere and it still amazes me that any plants can grow there. While I was working my truck sat out in the heat baking all day and my dash and interior on my '19 looked brand new after 4 years. The exterior would still bead up after a year using the Graphene Nano Spray and it was still slick and had a nice gloss to it. All the products I tried before (never used a ceramic coating) would last 6 months at best. I should've tried to get them to use my Ranger for their marketing. ?
I use a similar product from Dura-coating.This might have promise
Sadly you're right! Just look at that shine on the rear quarter after being plucked dry.Yes, because even totaled it shined like new!
Hows it holding up?I use a similar product from Dura-coating.
Holds up great. First applied in Feb 2023, still looks good, but it's time for a re-application.Hows it holding up?
