Does anyone know what the torque specs are for the leaf spring shackles and front eyeloop?

I've been looking and looking to try and find the torque specs for the leaf spring assembly after installing deever leaf springs, and they squeak bad, so my guess they are too tight. Could use a hand getting the correct specs.
