Just installed this on my wife's Ranger, still need to tweak the locking rods a bit.

The Diamondback on mine keeps the bed dry except at high pressure car washes.

Installed my new HD Diamondback Cover. It has the smooth black bed liner finish. Very happy with the fit and finish. Plan to load all of my camping gear, in soft dry bags, on top of the cover and go camping soon.

Hmmm, think your locking rods are not "clocked" as they should. The long section should be parallel with the top, then angle down to the bushings then straight across to under the lip of the bed.

I like my diamond plating with LineX, but I have to say it looks equally good when it’s smooth metal. I have been nothing but impressed with quality and functionality of my HD cover.

Well, I just called the companies listed previously in this post, ref possible discounts. They both claim Diamondback has hold on price and they are unable to discount. FAIL for me. I was trying all kinds of promo codes, too! It's just right out of my comfort zone. LOL

Im trying to find actual package size for Diamondback HD Tonneau Cover. (Ford Ranger Raptor 2020).
Does anyone know package dimensions and weight? (Tonneaucoversworld.com does not actually know their package measurements or weight...)

Ask diamondback directly. Their support is great. Also, order from diamondback directly. Everything is made to order and ships from them anyway, and the Tonneaucovers (and related sites) have garbage support.

I´ve been in contact directly to diamondback, but the problem is that they dont ship outside US. Now when Im trying to find courier for this, I would need the measurements and weight for the package and they dont know it ; )
