Just a heads up, if anyone needs a new 1/2 impact wrench, the dewalt DCF891 has a deal at Lowe’s where you get a free 5ah battery with it. I picked one up yesterday, it replaced my kobalt plug in impact that weighs a lot more and is a lot bigger and only does 350 ft/lbs compared to the claimed 800ft/lbs for the dewalt. The Toque Test Channel has a few videos on it as well.

Along with OP and @Bob902 , I recommend having one of these. Mine takes up residence in my recovery case on the roof rack.

Also, go Team Yellow!

I have on of those DeWalt impacts. It is a beast.
That’s what I heard! I have been waiting to get one for a long time and figured with the free battery I might as well.

My first time having the 5ah batteries, I bought a two pack as well! I have a drill and the impact driver from 2015 with the small 2ah, and those things are still going great. I’ve been thinking of keeping it in my vehicle during long drives with a few sockets in case a tire goes.

If you're a Milwaukee guy, Home Depot has free battery deals as well.
I've always preferred Milwaukee and Bosch. They're way more comfortable to hold & handle. DeWalt tools are to large & heavy and they never fit my hands good. For me they're just like hold a Glock, big and cumbersome and never comfortable in my hand.

Yup, put one in your hands and they seem to have the same stigma as Harley riders do. 😆

Whoa whoa whoa! I own both Glocks and a Harley. I think I'm offended, but not sure. Since I have big hands, I think Glocks feel good. My Harley is 30 this year!

Haha...I have smaller hands and Glocks never fit my hands right. Even the newer ones (can't remember the number of it) which was thinner but still never felt right. I love my Sig P365XL., it has a slim grip and extended mags.

Since I have big hands
o_O

I seemingly shot almost every pistol available when I was on the pistol team in the military.

Glocks fit me and point more naturally than almost anything else I tried.

So, my point being, I like pie.

I gave my Glock away to my son because it just didnt fit me as well as i had hoped. Now HE has a Glock and a Harley.

I apparently have little girly hands so I bought a Walther PDP-F to replace the Glock.

We need to create a segue thread.

Dewalt impact gun with free battery ---------------> Glock pistols.

Both are plastic. Both are noisy. Both will lay the smack down.

Honestly it took 4 posts to go off topic, it was on topic longer than usual! LOL
