it's crazy that I was looking at my new Ranger the other day and thinking 'wtf is this?' with the loose ignition key receptacle....and I get on Ranger5G and see it's 'a thing', and one with a solution.

I ordered mine last night. I was at the dealership today picking up my plates and talking to the manager about getting the missing two bed cargo hooks (which he ordered immediately, no cost to me), and asked him if he was aware of the ignition gap. When he said he wasn't, we walked out to my truck and I showed him... he was flabbergasted that Ford would ship vehicles with such a shoddy set-up. Nothing he could do to fix it, but he was amazed all the same.

I ordered one about 10 days ago. It arrived in a few days and snapped right into place, no problems.

I don't think so. Biggest I can print is a cubic foot. Although it is not uncommon for folks to print sub sections and then assemble them together. A good example would be something like a custom front air dam. You print it out in sections and glue them together. You them make a fiberglass mold to make production parts.

I want to thank you all for the positive feedback. There was a little bit of a run for holiday purchases and I have been making extra trips to the post office to make sure they get out quickly.
