The person filming from behind wasn't to bright either.
Few weeks ago, I saw a guy in an suv on the highway with a mattress on top. Single rope holding it on and of course it was folded in 1/2. Best part is there was a delivery service sign on the side of the vehicle

Reminds me of something I saw many years ago, a Ford Transit van with big sign-writing on the side "XXX's Fasteners We are the fastening experts". When it passed me in the adjacent lane I noticed the two swing doors at the rear were held closed with a piece of rope.

If that was Australia, he would be in a T shirt and shorts, (low slung- complete with plumber's crack) and the footwear would probably be thongs, (aka Japanese safety shoes) and yes he would probably be smoking as well. (Well how else would you light the gas axe) Yes, we have those people over here as well. "Watchya problem mate, all that gas is locked up in them there cylinders"
