Do you have any videos of It while driving? If not do you mind (safely) recording one? I am not worried about drone at idle, more so during steady city and hwy speeds. I work on a lot of vehicles during the day and getting in one to test drive it for repairs that has an aftermarket exhaust is super annoying and it would drive me crazy if it was my personal truck.

I just want the higher flow and the small performance boost that one will bring, without the awful noise.
sure, Ill make one in a few minutes.

Would the BOV actually give more spooling soundbor would it just be the venting sounds?
The sound of a BOV happens with you let your foot off after WOT. The last thing you hear is that sound. Do a search for BOV sounds on the Ranger.

Im going to make a video for @Fomocodt in a few minutes. You'll be able to hear my BOV as well. I have the dual port version, the VTA would be more noticible.

Yeah I'm familiar with the blow off valve sound but I wasn't sure if you could here the turbo whistle more as its building boost. That's one of the things I miss about my f150. With an intake you could really here the turbos spool. I'm on the fence about the BOV sound, but it does sound like it would be fun.

I know this has been said before, but you may want to find somewhere else to order from. Alot of bad experiences on here with Stage 3. Had a few myself too.

I'd recommend a tune as well. Just know that tuning a vehicle will void your powertrain warranty. They can tell its been tuned even if you return to stock.

5star offers an extended warranty that will cover their tune, as well as the mods you have listed.
Yep, I've never used a power train warrantee. My 02 WRX is on it's 3rd engine, 2nd transmission(soon to be 3rd), 2nd turbo and on and on. None of it has been under warranty. :) I don't plan on any more power modifications than the ones listed.

Good day everyone! I ordered my Ranger on Jan 7th, It was delivered to the dealership on June 3rd. So while waiting I did a good bit of research on mods. I've owned and modified turbocharged cars for almost 20 years, so I have a decent understanding on what I want. What do you think of this list? Thanks and Gig'em!
Pretty good list, if you have any questions or when your ready to order def shoot me a message I can answer any questions you may have and can usually offer a discount for forum members.

This is untrue. There is a CHANCE that it could if Ford decides to be a real dick about it, if YOU are a real dick about it. Tunes do not automatically void warranties.

Oh, that's how it starts. You don't PLAN on other mods, but continuing to browse this forum, you'll see pictures and read stories and think "I want that". The good news is, with each mod, the truck becomes more and more "yours".

No matter what though, the Ranger is a nice vehicle that I am sure will bring you years of smiles to come. Enjoy!

There is a thread on here about 1000 posts long. I think I threw a rod is the title. Have a good read. In the end Ford voided warranty because of a tune.

That's exactly what Honda did to me. The only saving grace for me was that I had filed a lawsuit against them over it and they settled for $5000, but did not fix the vehicle.

My oil pump failed, which caused the turbo to fail. I do not believe for a second that the tune caused the oil pump to fail, but they had just enough grounds that it wasn't worth going to court, so I settled.

After fixing the car, I sold to Carvana for more than what I paid for it new, bought my Ranger and the rest is history.

Thank you for the video, it does help a lot. I have not made a decision yet regarding which im going to get, however today we got a truck in at the shop that has your exhaust system installed on it, so I am going to test drive it tomorrow when the technician performs his post repair road test to hear what it is like.

Off topic but I read your post regarding your Honda, I will say personally at our dealer, unless I can prove without a doubt that the tune is the reason it failed, we warranty the part. The only time a tune even comes up is if we see pistons breaking, rods bent, or issues programming, and even then we are pretty lenient on it. Ive been working on Fords for awhile now and I have personally only seen one tune ever cause a warranty cancelation and it was on a 6.4 that had 2 engines put in it before corporate got involved.
