Good Find, so it appears that the (Clicking) noise is still the sound (of the pads) due to the knuckle and rotor movement. (as you drive and hit the brakes)
Due to the Motor and UCA shifting, as with it on the lift you cannot produce the (clicking) noise.
The motor shift is (twisting) the CV Shaft thus twisting the UCA which in turn is shifting the rotor.
When you hit the brakes, the pads are shifting from the rotor movement.
So, it's the chain of movements that are producing the clicking sound.
It oddly sounds like it’s coming from the passenger side mount, but we will see.

just trying to document everything so anyone else with the similar issue sees a possible solution.

Update to the situation

I purchased motor mounts from Benny at Levittown Ford and it was a great experience.

Had my mechanic replace them. One of them had more play then. But we replaced both.

The clicking noise persists.
I’m done with trying to replace random parts so I’m going to leave it.

Leave it?
Have you removed the brake pads to make sure that they were installed correctly? Are the 4 anti-rattle brake pad clips installed correctly?

I have personally not, I had my mechanic take it apart a second time. I guess I should to check it out. Maybe order a spare set and swap them out to see what happens.

He may have simply dissembled them to make sure nothing was sticking and put things back together….incorrectly….again. There are two ways to find out - take it to a different shop and explain what AT thought might be the initial problem, or do it yourself.

By any chance, is this your mechanic?

It has been the same guy, I don’t like working on cars but have done all my own work.
I had one very bad experience doing my own brakes on a car and vowed to never do them again.

I think I’m going to order another pair for the fronts and swap them out myself and see if that works, and return the “defective” ones.
