Changed Oil And Now I Hear A Squeal

I recently changed my oil and after I got done and started it up I heard a squeal by the oil filter. I hand tightened it and it’s not leaking oil. It almost sounds like the belt but I’m not sure. I didn’t notice this before the oil change. Any help would be appreciated. I’ll attach a video. You can really hear the squeal with the volume turned up. Thanks

Were you a bit messy this time? It happens to the best of us. Try to remove and wipe off fan belt and all pulleys. I have done it before.

Verify you got the correct filter and that the oil level is correct. Could also be air bubbles in the oil or the it hasn’t had a chance to work through the engine yet. Let it run a few minutes and see if it stops. I had this happen on my old f150 and after letting run for a while, it stopped.
