Center console storage tray

Got this today but when I set into the space the armrest won’t close….am I missing something here, anyone else have issues?

Some of the first ones didn't fit right and the two front corners need to be clipped a little more. This way the tabs under the arm rest will fit.

I was impatient and just used a hot glue gun and melted the corners of mine. lol But this will show you where it needs to be trimmed.

It was 110 out and I figured I would sand it and clean it up another time. 2 years later and it still looks the same. ?

It happens, or in this case doesn't happen. If I don't do it right the first time, well, it usually never happens.

A Dremel works much better than you can smooth out the edges. Obviously I should've taken my own advice but mine was broke and I was impatient.

I just ordered one of these from Amazon today, so this should be interesting. There were at least three of these trays that looked identical on the description, from different sellers -- so of course I bought the cheapest priced, had-an-Amazon-coupon-available one. I should probably find my belt sander..

I just used a Dremel multi tool and it worked great.

That one should fit fine the front corners look like they're cut and angled. When we first got out '19's there were none made for the US version only for ROTW Rangers. There was an eBay seller who had then and we knew we'd have to modify them. There might still be some sellers on Amazon and eBay selling these older versions.
