I don't believe a locked glovebox qualifies as a DOJ approved locking container.

Update: I received the tray today, and it's a perfect fit for the 2019 Ranger. The tray is about 2.25" deep, and has the corner cutouts as is needed. It also comes with the liners for both compartments.

The one that I ordered came today. It fits just fine without any modification whatsoever. I did find that I have to push down on the front edge of the armrest a bit in order to get it to latch.

Also, the little rubber mats in the bottom aren't sitting quite flat, but its cold (freezing). I assume that these will flatten out with time. If not, I'll glue them in.

I will second this works. Just put mine in today first time close needs a little oomph b but after that it just worked

I ordered this one through Amazon (Post #42). It did ship direct from China, but it really didn't take all that long to get here - maybe 10 days. I like it because it's deeper than the pencil tray that came with my Ranger, and also deeper than another one I had bought.

Yup, i looked at bout 3 or 4 of these things. The one from ebay/china doesn't look like its got that glasses tray and your post sd it fits w/o trimming so i bought it. Will report back here when i get it.

It does not have the sunglass tray, but I have the overhead sunglass holder. I did not do any modification to the tray and the first time I closed it I had to push a little bit but now after a couple of times I have no problems.

the amazon one looks perfect! maybe if those of you that have purchased it leave a good rating/review and those of us that want one request a estimated manufacturing time they'll make some more. just a thought.
