Carrier bearing bolt torque

Take size and grade of bolt thread size etc and look up the torque value for that size bolt.

The shop manual for a 2019 says:
Install a new driveshaft yoke washer and nut.
Torque : 111 lb.ft (150 Nm)

The bolts to mount the bearing to the frame are:
The driveshaft center bearing bolts
Torque : 35 lb.ft (48 Nm)

I am not sure which torque specs you need, so I gave you both.

You should torque bolts to not 2.


Not too tight, not too loose.

Lakeland ford in Fl, ordered it Friday it came in today it was set to come on Friday this week. Super guys to deal with if you order online call them with the order number and they will try to get it to you sooner. Which in my case was 5 day sooner

I routinely torque to 'that's not going to fall out' lb/ft.

In the case of the carrier-bearing bolts, they got a dab of blue Loctite as well.
