Camera and sync system

My backup quit working on my 2019 XLT it says contact dealer also sync system goes directly to am radio after every restart. Anyone else have these issues?

Several others have had issues with their Sync too. As far as the camera have you checked the connection to the tailgate? It might have just come loose and be an easy fix.

If you're running Sync 3.4.22251 contact Ford and get your name in with the masses who are having issues. The 22251 update mucked up all kinds of things.
