Has anyone had to replace a rear seat headrest guide? I took my truck In to get the windows tinted and one of the installers broke it trying to force down the seat without moving the passenger seat forward. Anyways, I’m trying to find out if I am able to just pull out the busted piece through the hole, or am I going to have to remove the seats upholstery? Never had to replace one of these before and can’t seem to find anything on it anywhere.

Thanks for the link. I ordered it earlier today actually. Was looking for info about the install. Pretty sure I can just pull it up and stick the new one in. We’ll see when I get it I gues.
Hi Garry,

I would recommend trying to fish the broken bottom piece out if you can do so...it is not good to have a "drifting" broken sharp edged piece floating around in an upholstered seat. It can drift to a inopportune place where it punctures the upholstered seat cover. Maybe force the shop that broke it in the first place to fix?

best,
Phil
