Finally got around to taking the Ranger in to get a new pull tab for the rear seat cup holders. My wife broke the tab trying to get it down. It was always hard to lower it the day I bought it new. I thought over time this would improve but never did.
Dealership had to order an entire new arm rest/cup holder as they couldn't get just the pull tab and internal latch. They put the new one in and now it opens and closes with ease. Just surprised they had to replace it as a complete assembly. Hope this doesn't happen again after my warranty is up.
