I was able to have the Ford brake controller VKB3Z-2C006-A installed on my 2019 Lariat Monday and was given this instruction sheet to calibrate (?) when I attach my camper (which won't be until the weekend). ($290 for kit $250 install)
Remembering the tech used a test light to check connection, since he didn't have my camper, so I would assume that I just need to connect my camper, take it to a vacant parking lot, press the controller button, turn counter clockwise until I get a blue light (would I need to be braking during this process?) Then turn fully clockwise and repeat the same steps until the light is red? (the middle step in instructions... not sure what the last steps on the instruction are for).
Any advice on first time setup? Instructions are a bit unclear to me.
Thanks,
