That Viair is the way to go for travel. I have a knockoff. Itās okay for me, but Iām not off-roading. If I was, Iād get the Viair. Iām strongly on the portable side because I have several vehicles, and several trailers. Itās way cheaper, faster, easier for me to use portable.
I like my scab Ranger except for the 6ā bed. Itās not even a full 6ā. If I could get it with an 8ā bed, and 48 1/2ā between the wheel wells, it would be a great truck. Just big enough to do that, and nothing more. Iād even go standard cab to get an 8ā bed.

I have a Catalina 18 sailboat I tow. Just as always, keep weight forward as much as you can. The boat will be heavier on the backend due to beam alone.
There is no perfect tire. Everyoneās needs are different and each tire is trying to balance a set of compromises. The same is true for the vehicles we put them on.
How much fuel will ruin this engine?
Well we are on page 6. In the meantime, every time I need fuel, I just keep getting more and running it through the engine. Eventually, in several years, Iāll be able to answer this question when my engine wears out. :)
15mpg in my Ranger still beats 13 in my 2500, but the 19 gallon tank does not beat the 34 gallon tank. After 4 hours, Iām old enough I want a stretch break anyway.
