Lipstick on a pig. Hope you don't get a flat and then have to get a tow because your lugnut wrench won't fit over the rusted junk.I have done some research on the Black Chrome Lug Nuts. And it seems like the chrome plated versions are hard chromed and the Black plated versions are not. Thus, if you use an impact wrench, the chatter burns thru the soft Black chrome plate and the lug nuts rust. I have always used an impact and choose not to go back to a manual wrench just to baby the inferior Black chrome plating as seen here: Tech Editor Reviews Ryobi P263VN 18 Volt 3/8ths Impact - YouTube
So what I decided to do is something I will do every 7000 miles after my tire rotation:

We used these at work and the oil based paint will hold up at least as good as the soft Black chrome plating.
