Anybody using the BFG K02 in 275/70/17 on a tremor with a 1” level kit? Curious to know if crash bar cutting is required.

Cant speak for the Tremor right off but if not mistaken I think you might be able to get away with it. If anything you might need to take the plastic covers off tye front crash bars along with moving them forward a little. I had to do this on my 2019 with the Ild Man EMU lift with 285/70-17 Firestone Destination XT's.

I have a FX4 with fox 2.0 leveling kit and my KO2 265/70/17 fit just fine. completed Fins N Things with them. no rubbing etc. 275s may cut it close.

im not 100% on this but i think you would be a bit too wide at 275. the 265 is pretty close as it is. height wise with the level i think it would be fine. the height of the 275 70 17 is about 2 percent taller than stock and the width is about 4 percent wider than stock. if you clear the stuff on the inside of wheel i bet you could just loosen the crashbars and push them out and then tighten. it will get you a bit more space. let us know what you find. the offset of your wheels may make a difference as well.
