Ahh yes, you should have the similar calculations as me and Dave when you check. Oh yes, please do update us when you can Paul!

Warm regards,

Hi Paul,

Thanks for that! So not too different until you hit 65+, then its essentially 3mph over or 5 mph over at 90+.

Brandon,
On this test I didn't have time to set the Cruise Control on the Speedo to confirm with the GPS readings but used the accelerator by foot. I am leaving on a trip tomorrow and will re-check the increments from 45 mph and above with the Cruise Control on level ground. Will send you the results if there is any differences :)

I have had that happen a few times after I switched to B F Goodrich KO2s (BF GOODRICH ALL TERRAIN T/A KO2LT265 /60 R18 119S E1 BSW) but it has, also, done it in a straight line. I attributed it to the obvious tread difference vs the stock Hankooks but that is an uneducated opinion.. YMMV
Ahh yes, Doc reminded me to remind you! The hankooks are amazing on-road. I actually got a summer set of wheels/hankooks to switch out my Falken wild peaks because of that tread difference that didn’t work too hot on very fast acceleration/high speeds. I’m surprised how well these grip the road after switching back and using it for another couple thousand miles again. Didn’t even try to burn rubber but it hooks to a certain degree that’s fine for street radials not meant at all for speed/power. I swear I did not mean to do this, I just accelerated pretty abruptly to make “cool” echoed sound from the roar..

Hey Ben, I saw this post as I have been waiting for my H/Ts to arrive. Not easy to find in my area for some reason. Probably sitting on a boat off California somewhere. (FLORIDA PORTS ARE OPEN BTW!) All that said, I will be running stock sized Conti 17's. Will the Air pressure be "as recommended" on the truck door sticker? OE Tires= Bridgestone's.
I'm not asking for "Professional Advice". (legal stuff )
I just want a personal opinion / preference for the Conti TC/HT 17's PSI sweet spot.
Run the recommended tire pressure on the tire inflation guide. ??
