Appreciate the info, I'll be saving that. But what about the physical mirrors themselves? Are all Rangers already equipped with motorized mirrors for folding?

No, If you don't have power folding mirrors you have manual folding mirrors. Having a motor in the manual fold would making doing it manually very hard.

I ordered and replaced the switch. You can see the switch for power fold has two extra spades/pins. My wiring harness appears to be missing the required wires and pins.
So I need to run two wires to each door kick panel and tie into 210/xxx(pass side#)?
I already have swapped out to Lariat door harness in each door. Thank you!

Since I cannot VERIFY the dash (-) Letter on the Lariat Door Harness, I am not including it.
The dash notes Front or Rear Door and Features and appears to have changed since first production, most likely due to the Map (Pocket) light that was removed.
So even the Lariat Harness has different (-) Letter variants.
