Front bumper removal instructions

Been searching here and on YouTube with no luck. I'd like to losen or remove the front bumper so I can remove the factory crash bars instead of sawing them off. Could someone point me to a write-up or a video?

you dont have to remove the bumper completely. just loosen the nuts on the bumper bolts all the way out to the ends. then you can pull the ends of the bumper forward enuf to take out the crash bar. when you re-tighten them do it slowly and take a step back to make sure your bumper is even and level. not crooked like it came from the factory.
