Can you share a straight-on photo that shows how the lower edge of the new grill aligns with the body above bumper?

Thanks! Sure thing, here's a pic showing the gap. There is definitely a gap, but I filled it with 5/8" weather stripping and it makes all the difference.

Without the weather stripping you can see the unfinished upper portion of the valence. This picture shows the unfinished ribbed portion that I'm talking about.

Finished product! A little more trimming on the bottom right corners, approximately 1/8” taken off in depth approximately 1” wide. Grille secured at factory mounting holes.

I'd say the color is "magnetic" without the sparkle of magnetic, if that makes sense. Basically a grey that matches the magnetic sport trim.

Once the Ranger Raptor arrives in the UK, you'll be able to order from Ford Parts UK, and by that time Brexit will have happened and their GBP may have gone down in value...
