Hey @Tom_C.

I have the EGR tailgate seal on my Australian ranger. It definitely requires some drilling to install the metal brackets that supports the pinch seals (IMO the only style that will work effectively long term). After three weeks of solid outback Australian driving, I am happy with the performance.

I have attached the link for the installation manual of the EGR seals so you can appreciate what is involved in installation.

If you are keen on this product and continue to get crickets, let me know - I'll stick a cracker up them.

Regards from Oz.

Thanks Nick!

I'm not sure I'm interested in drilling, but perhaps other members here are,

If you have time would you look at the other option: https://aeroklas.com.au/dust-seal-kit/

I sincerely appreciate your input, and don't put yourself out. Thanks Nick!

I reached to Aeroklas via their website and haven't heard anything back from them. Hoping they have some type of US distribution.

I got a reply from a retailer of Aeroklas (TJM Macarthur) early this morning...

Price is $250, but they couldn't give quote on shipping at this stage.
Still working on getting some and seeing package size to get shipping quote.

The $250 quoted is half what is listed on the Ford Aus site.

Wow. Pricey. I'd probably still be interested if it's a solid solution.

I also contacted Aeroklas directly via their site maybe about a month ago...add me to the crickets response club as well. While I agree it is pricey, a properly designed solution that lasts (assuming it fits and holds up well) is worth some money, considering the market in North America has failed us so far at least. I'm personally not interested in cobbling something together only to get so-so results.

As another member mentioned, this sounds like it could have the makings for a group buy. I've added this thread to my watch list.
