The trail control thread seemed to go quiet a couple of months ago. Anything new?

Hopefully someone else will respomd but the last i head is it is a no go. If anything the only advantage is low speed cruise control on dirt roads. But when going that sllow i prefer to be in control anyway.

I don't have an FX4, but I thought that the FX4 had trail control? You're talking about the off-road "cruise control", right?

Correct, we were trying to figure out to turn it on for non FX4 vehicles, like was done with the Terrain Management switch.

I’m sort of back on it now. I had been busy at work for the last 10 months, so I took a break. The newest forscan has some options that mention trail control now, so we might be in better shape soon. At least for those who already own the switches.

Did you happen to buy the new switches? If no, then it’s going to be tough for you to help physically. We still appreciate the offer though.

something you could do is go over the thread and see if the asbuilt information that’s already posted matches your truck asbuilt.

I haven’t purchased the switches yet, but will. I’ll take a look at the as built info in the thread.
