Three potential causes of the freezing...
1, as others have said, low on Freon. Plenty of possible leaks. Might have UV dye in the system from new to aid in finding the leak.
2, poor air flow -- fan or filter. Probably not the cause here.
3, clogged/failing expansion device. Acts like low on freon, but adding more doesn't help.
