Checked on mine and nothing goes in those holes.Ok i think i got it figured out, only question is something supposed to hook up in these holes ?

The factory does a good job of designing the intake system. Very interesting. I get doing a different intake if your doing a tune and a bunch of new parts, but seems like a waste when the rangers intake (and most modern vehicles) is already high up and not at ground level.The factory does a good job of designing the intake system.
