Should fit in the bed nicely. Add a solar charge controller and a panel and you are good to go.
That's what I'm talkin bout.

Ok now that I'm more awake and thinking clearer it looks like you wanted it strictly for camping. If so why not a LiPo battery? Yes they're more money but they're a lot safer to use and will last much longer in battery life. Especially if it's going to be outside in the heat.
I want to try an AGM for "this and that" uses... solar bank, bilge pumps, jumper pack, inverters, etc. I've been dragging around a Jeep battery for 10 years for odd jobs and it's due to be replaced.

I got my 100AH LiFePo4 battery from amazon, a battery case, fuse block, wire and 4 outlets for $500 bucks. I use it to run my fridge for over 2 days in 100f weather and i use it to air up my tires. I say just get the LiFePo4 and you will get way more bang for you buck.
That's cool!
But I was really just asking what size battery my Ranger will have.

Like, "hey I want an AGM battery for foolin' around and BONUS.. it should fit my Ranger if/when..."
Got it, so it should work fine for what you envision.

What did you use before this opportunity came along?

Seems like a pretty good deal then. The last Delco battery I bought lasted 7 years in a GM 1/2 ton, even with its economy minded battery management software. The Interstate I replaced it with lasted 3 years, I am kind of off Interstates... :)

Nothing but bad experiences with Interstate batteries myself.

That's surprising to hear as I've always had really good luck with Interstate batteries. Another bonus with them is if you buy them from Costco they don't pro rate them or even check them so you get a 100% replacement up until the 36 months are up.

Yes, that experience may have been a fluke and maybe as attributable to an aging alternator and maybe sub par battery management software as the battery itself. But it frustrated me enough, that I decided I would stay away.

PS - I walk by the Interstate sign at Costco maybe every few weeks, not tempted. ;)

Oh I get it and I've done the same. Sometimes it's just me being stubborn but if there's other good choices it's better to move on and try something else. I hope what ever you get works out for your needs.

I hopefully won't need a new one for quite a while. The battery I replaced the Interstate with in that truck was a Napa Legend AGM. I was at about 3 years when I sold the truck and seemed to be holding up, but kind of an apples to oranges comparison as I had gone to a Ctek trickle and conditioner when it was in the garage, so it should have been holding up. ;)

I have had good luck with interstate battery’s. In my last Ranger had one a few years and, long story but the battery got drained enough so it wasn’t coming back. Took it back to the store and they slapped a bran new one on the counter and apologized for the hassle.

That battery is now sitting in my garage on a trickle charger. I threw a garbage battery in my old Ranger before I traded it in. So I got a free battery out of the deal.
