Any aftermarket bumpers that would allow for a winch? So far my Googling is only showing an option from Warn.

I will be interested to see what you come up with. I'd still like a brush guard that protects the headlights (that doesn't interfere with the parking sensors). I'm not talented enough to build something like this but I love seeing people who can.

not quite available yet, but its hard to beat the quality of ARB. also there's nothing else (that I know of) that's crash tested to not interfere with your air bags.

also, they're making another, simpler version that will be available from the dealer, and probably a bit cheaper than the standard ARB summit bar

Hard Notched Customs now has a few options. They are a bit pricey, but they are one of the only ones that offers a full grille guard option.
