Is there anything keeping you from simply purchasing a set of 18" wheels and tires? Or replacing the shocks? There are a million wheel/tire options for these trucks, and you can always resell your OEM wheel package to recoup some of the money. There are a ton of aftermarket shock options too...

+1 for Hypertech. Used one on my F150 w/35's and I got the speedo dead on at every speed from 5-90mph, using a GPS to verify speed.
