I’m not quite sure what you’re trying to tell us. The steering wheel is adjustable - maybe the lever on the left side of the column isn’t locked?

Exactly, myself as well and then thinking about transmission and gas in oil.

I’ve noticed since new that the steering column does not appear to be straight in relation to the dash and seats. It doesn’t bother me but it is noticeable. Hopefully the images show what I’m talking about. This could be what the OP is referring to?
