I usually get 7-8 MPG with my class C when I pulled my Jeep Wrangler.
I went on a 200 mile trip pulling the Ranger with the tire pressure at the suggested (on door panel) 32 pounds I got 6 mpg.
I then took another 200 mile trip and set the first leg at 40 the ride was still very nice and soft. Once we parked for 4 days , I increased the pressure to 45 ride was much firmer but still within the pressure tire rating of 51 or below.
I got 8 mpg on the Class C. Very happy.
Fyi, the Ranger is about 350 pounds more than jeep.
